2026 Youth Evaluation Program

Program Overview

Our 2026 Youth Evaluation Program is a premier fall coaching program for young mountain bikers looking to build skills, confidence, and a lifelong passion for the sport. It also serves as an evaluation for riders looking to join our 2027 Racing Teams.

Over four action-packed sessions, riders will develop their technical abilities through professional coaching, guided trail rides, skill-focused sessions, games, and team-building activities, all alongside other motivated young riders in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether your child is looking to become a more confident trail rider, prepare for next season, explore racing, or simply spend Wednesday evenings riding with friends, this program is designed to help every rider progress while having an incredible time on the trails.

Wednesdays | 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM

September 9, September 16, September 23, September 30

Additional October sessions may be scheduled if makeup dates are required.

Location: Bateman's Trail Shop & Don Valley Trail Network

Age Groups

Youth Development Teams
Ages 9 to 14 (grouped by ability)

"Mini Grom" Development Team
Ages 6 to 8

-Opportunity to be considered for the 2027 Bateman's Youth Development Teams
